VILLAGE RESIDENTS CLUB

A special electronic card is issued to the club members. This card provides access to children's playgrounds, park areas and the forest park. The card works as an electronic pass at the entrance and exit through the gates at night. Partners of our village offer cardholders discounts on goods and services in shops, restaurants and places of recreation.

We also provide a full range of home maintenance services.
We help our clients with various domestic issues and provide support in adapting to life in Latvia.

We will help you with all the paperwork related to purchase and sale of a house as well as obtaining a residence permit absolutely for free. We will provide you with full support in settling in Latvia. We will help you open a bank account, teach you how to pay utility bills, we will cover all the key points of information you’ll need for a comfortable life in Latvia. We will introduce you to our neighbours and even arrange a welcome party in you honour.

There is a team of employees look after all the village facilities and green areas. In winter, the roads are cleared of snow right after a snowfall.

11 hectares of fenced pine forest with well-groomed paths and lighting. Access with the resident cards. There are a lot of raspberries and blueberries in the summer.
